Ask a person you’ve never asked before, how he or she feels today.
Do you have any cravings? Coffee, cigarettes, candy etc. Cut down your intake to half as much. A simple way to control yourself is to remember if you said yes or no the last time you took a cup (or a smoke…). Yes or no? Every other time. Simple as that. No cravings at all?! Congratulations! Enjoy this day : )
Draw your attention to at least three laughs during the day. It can be your own laugh or others. But try to be as a camera and take at least three “laughs images”, to remember, with your eyes and mind today. Good Luck!
Take a walk today in complete silence, for at least 30 minutes (don’t say a word!). Try to listen to four different bird sounds.
Pick up some trash, from the ground somewhere, today and throw it in a garbage can. Try to do it with a feeling of happiness inside you. : ) Good luck!
Take a piece of paper and start writing “THANKS for ….” then proceed to exit 30 sentences with the same beginning. When you finished, you place the note under your pillow. Let the note be under your pillow for at least for one night.
Add a handwritten note, postcards etc in an unknown mailbox at someone’s house. Write “Thank you for being a part of life!” If you want to write you as the sender, do that. If you want to write ”Peace challenge” that will also work, or choose to remain anonymous. Good Luck!
Sit silent for 5 minutes in line, at some point during the day. You are not supposed to do something during this time. Just be, in silence.
Give somebody a present today. A flower, a chewing gum, a book or anything you value as a fine gift.
Make contact with someone you haven’t heard of for 3 months. You choose the course of action!
