Do you have any cravings? Coffee, cigarettes, candy etc. Cut down your intake to half as much. A simple way to control yourself is to remember if you said yes or no the last time you took a cup (or a smoke…). Yes or no? Every other time. Simple as that. No cravings at all?! Congratulations! Take a piece of paper and start writing “THANKS for ….” then proceed to exit 30 sentences with the same beginning. When you finished, you place the note under your pillow. Let the note be under your pillow for at least for one night.

Add a handwritten note, postcards etc in an unknown mailbox at someone’s house. Write “Thank you for being a part of life!” If you want to write you as the sender, do that. If you want to write ”Peace challenge” that will also work, or choose to remain anonymous. Good Luck!
