Put your hand on your chest (on your heart) today on 3 occasions. Allow you to feel and count
silently at least 25 heartbeats in a row every time. Think of the weight of these small beats and
thank your heart. And do also think on what you are doing to the heart to let it feel the best way.
Ask at least 3 people today how he/she feels today.
Drink 10 glasses of water during the day. For me it is all about giving your body a piece of nature.
