Set a day for a coffee break with a person you like.
This one needs a lot of courage. Write down five things that scares you or worries you right now, in life. Ask a friend to share these thoughts with you for a moment.
Praise someone today. Not for the persons achievements, but for her/his way to be. Like: “you always listen…”, “You are so kind…”, “You think good of others…” and so on.
Visit a gravestone today, or make plans to visit one. And do it.
Try to write five sentences that describes what you want your friends to say about you! Like…. “I want my friends to say…”
Pretend to laugh for one minute! Take time, and continue for one hole minute! (Do it with a friend or many friends)
Ask somebody what time it is and thank them for telling you!
Create a letter to someone in your family. Ask the person if you may read it out loud for her/him. Then give the letter as a gift.
Sit still for fifteen minutes, today, and count at least thirty breaths in a row.
Cover yourself, or part s of yourself, with a nice body lotion. Give your body this present. The body is carrying you in daily life, this is where you live!
