This exercise might seem a bit peculiar, but challenge yourself and pretend that you are playing a game. Put your right hand on your chest. Clap your hand, carmely and pleasant on the chest. Find inner peace. Tell yourself following things three times, in a calm way…
“Everything is alright now. No matter what I did, what has happened to me or others in my life, I can not do anything about it. I am worth all happiness regardless to the past and I forgive myself for everything. I am free to live and worth to feel good and be happy! Good luck!
Place something underneath your pillow tonight. Something that can follow you into your dreams tonight. You choose what to put under your pillow, but remember that the thing you choose is going to be a part of your dreams! Sleep well!
Find a leaf that you like and place this leaf in a new location, in nature. A hug to you!
Answer following questions to yourself:
– When did I hug somebody last time?
– When did I say something beautiful to someone?
– When did I laugh into tears, last time?
Think about your answers. Are you happy with them?
Plan for a dinner with a friend or many friends, that includes making the food together!
Figure out and fulfill an act that will stay in your heart as a good memory, for a very long time. It can be a memory for yourself, or something you create together with others? Ask your friends if you have a hard time to figure something out
Try to find out three occasions when you learned something new. We all do all the time, but try to find some really good examples. Maybe they make you happy? Proud? Think about what they mean to you and why they are special?
Sing a lullaby to somebody today/tonight. If no one is there, sing to yourself before you fall asleep:)
